Intense Rivalry: This is where rivalry exists among competitors of the same industry to an extent where pressure is put on one another and limits each other’s profit potential. The new entrants in to the watch industry are the Swiss, Rolex, Omega, and Rado where Omega is dominating the industry by 27 percentages.
